Biting Policy

BITING POLICY

Biting is, unfortunately, not uncommon for toddlers. Some children and many toddlers communicate through this behavior. However, biting can be harmful to other children and to staff. This biting policy has been developed with both of these ideas in mind. 

The policy shall be distributed to all families who enroll at the school. The policy should be signed by the parents and guardians to ensure they understand the procedures the school will take when it comes to biting in the classroom.
