IEP (Individualized Education Plan)

This document is created for students with disabilities or students who need additional support in the education realm,  that outlines specific educational goals, services, and accommodations to support their learning needs. It includes information on the student’s strengths, challenges, measurable goals, and the support they’ll receive (e.g., special education services, therapy, modifications to the classroom environment). The plan is developed by a team of educators, parents, and specialists and is reviewed annually to ensure the student’s needs are being met.
