Staffing Schedule Template (Simple)
This is a 7-page staffing schedule template to help you organize your staff's work schedule, and ensure you stay in the teacher/student required ratio at all times throughout the day. This is a completely editable schedule as it downloads in Microsoft Word format.
The first template in this document is the overview of the staffing schedules of the entire school. Color in the boxes, or check the proper times off that a teacher is in the classroom per age group. This will help you get an overview of what is going on in the whole school per day.
The next template is used for the detailed staffing schedule per classroom. One page is used per age group. Document the staff's name, their position, and color in the boxes or check them off of their timing to be onsite and working per week.
