Transportation Policy
The transportation policy outlines the general rules and procedures the daycare follows when transporting students. This policy can be used for field trip transportation or for school-owned vehicle transportation. This policy also contains an outline of emergency transportation procedures for a medical emergency and disabled vehicle emergency. The last page is a medical information form and consent for emergency treatment and transportation.
